Milano Malpensa (MPX)

Malpensa Airport is located 50 km/31 miles from the city center.
By Bus: Malpensa's shuttle bus service
operates every 20 minutes from Terminal 1 and 2 to Milano Centrale Railway Station. Journey time 1 hour. Bus connections
also to Turin, Genoa, Como, Lugano and Linate Airport.
By Train: There is a railway connection
between Terminal 1 and Milan Cadorna Station operated by Malpensa Express, the journey time is 40 minutes (Info.
Tel. 02-27763).
By Taxi: Taxis are located in front
of the arrival terminal (make sure that they are the official radio taxis). Taxi to Milan city centre takes approx.
45 minutes.
By Car: Different car rental agencies

Links with highways: A8 Milan, A4 Milano-Torino and A26 Genova-Alessandria.

Milano Linate (LIN)

Linate Airport is about 10 km/6.2 miles from the city center.
By Bus: Bus service operated by
STAR FLY runs every 30 minutes to Milan central station. Bus No. 73 (ATM) runs every 10 minutes to Piazza S. Babila.
Shuttle bus to Malpensa Airport departs approx. every hour from Terminal 1, Exit 4, Platform 20.
By Taxi: Taxis are available at
the arrival terminal.
By Car: Different car rental agencies
operate at the airport arrival terminal. Ring road (Tangenziale) link the airport with highways: A4 Turin - Milan
- Venice - Brescia, A7 Genoa - Milan.

Roma Fiumicino - Leonardo Da Vinci (FCO)

Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, the main airport at Fiumicino, is located 35 km/22 miles from the city center.
By Bus: Night bus operated by CO.TRA.L
to Rome Termini railway station and Rome Tiburtina station (ticket can be purchased also on the bus).
By Train: Special train "Leonardo
Express" to Termini railway station operates a service every 30 minutes from 06:37-23:37. There is also another
metropolitan train (FM1) to Tiburtina railway station, Fara Sabina and Orte.
By Taxi: Taxi to Rome city centre
takes approx. 45-50 minutes. In addition to current standard fares, supplement for luggage and night time are requested.

Sandro Pertini Airport is located 16 km/10 miles from the city center.
By Bus: Bus service between the

Venezia - Marco Polo (VCE)
|

|
Marco Polo Airport is located 12 km/7.4 miles north of Venezia.
By Bus: ACTV city bus No. 5 to Venice
(Piazzale Roma) runs every 30 minutes weekdays and Saturday from 06:35-20:35 and every hour after 21:35. Sunday
and public holidays runs every hour from 07:05-20:05. City bus No. 15 also operates a service to Mestre railway
station. There is also AIR SERVICE to Padua and Vicenza.
By Water Bus: ALILAGUNA operate
a service to St. Mark's, stopping briefly at Murano and Lido (the local beach resort) before reaching Venice. The
last water bus leaves Marco Polo Airport just before midnight.
Private transport: Arrangements can be made for a local escort to meet you inside the airport terminal, take you
to a reserved private water taxi and accompany you to your destination in Venice. The cost is ¬155 for up to
6 people sharing. Beware of water taxi drivers touting for business inside the airport hall, sometimes they can
charge you astronomical prices especially if you are foreigner.

In Italy we have at the

Among the main airports, the most important are surely the hubs of Rome
Fiumicino and Milan Malpensa. Among the other main cities, the most

around airports and railway stations.
Extra charges: In addition to current standard fares, supplement for luggage (per item) and night time are requested
(night service supplement between 10pm and 6am). For taxi trips outside the city boundaries, fares will be based
on distance.
